Carlos has over 20 years of experience in the electrical engineering design for hospitality, multi-residential, industrial, commercial, institutional, retail, educational, mixed-use and governmental type projects.  Typical responsibilities include:  perform electrical utilities coordination, medium and low voltage distribution system designs.  Design voice, data, cable TV, closed circuit TV, fire alarm, public address, intercom, security and other communications systems.  Perform electrical calculations.  Provide designs for alternate sources of power such as emergency generators, uninterruptible power supplies, photovoltaic systems and micro-turbines.  Preparation of electrical specifications and electrical cost opinions.  Perform construction administration services.  Perform quality control on all of the firm’s electrical engineering designs.

Education: A.S. Degree in Architecture Technology from Foothill Junior College, Los Altos Hills, CA.

Grace has over 25 years of experience in the electrical engineering and lighting design for hospitality, multi-residential, industrial, commercial, institutional, retail, educational, mixed-use and governmental type projects.  Her typical responsibilities include the design of lighting, power distribution and communications systems.  Grace’s expertise focuses on lighting design for exterior, interior and specialty lighting applications.  Grace typically performs computerized lighting calculations including point to point photometric analysis; she also collaborates with the design team and lighting manufacturer representatives for the selection of the project’s lighting fixtures.

Fernando Zuniga
Electrical Designer and Office CAD Specialist.

Fernando has over 10 years of experience in the design of building distribution systems.  Fernando typical responsibilities include the design of lighting, receptacles, telephone, computer and fire alarm systems.  Fernando performs voltage drop, short circuit and load calculations for electrical systems.  His responsibilities include project set-up, perform electrical layouts, circuiting and calculations and final drawings production. He is responsible for the firm’s computer system (hardware and software) maintenance, operation and upgrading.
